Properties:
Mechanical machinability: in annealed condition and should use cooling lubricating oil.
Weldability: Gas welding should be avoided and the use of arc welding may reduce corrosion resistance.
Heat treatment: annealed at 900 degrees F for 2 hours, cooled with water. The alloy can then be subjected to hardening heat treatment (aging).
Forging: temperature from 900 degrees F to 700 degrees F
Hot processing: 250 degrees F
Annealing: The temperature for annealing 7075 aluminum alloy is 775 degrees F, kept at that temperature for 3 hours. Controlled cooling at 50 degrees F every hour then to 500 degrees F, from which it can be air cooled.

Climbing equipment
The coverings, bulkhead, long beam anh honing strips of aircraft. As well as structural parts, fuel tank and accelerator tank of launch vehicles/ spacecrafts
